摘 要:[目的]围产期母羊往往处于多种营养素负平衡状态,尤其是能量负平衡(NEB)。本试验旨在探究在NEB的围产期湖羊日粮中添加三丁酸甘油酯对羔羊的瘤胃发酵指标及微生物多样性的影响。[方法]选取20只体况相似、健康且怀双羔的产前50 d湖羊,体重(45±5)kg,随机分为2组,分别为能量负平衡(NEB)组和添加三丁酸甘油酯(TB)组,其生产的羔羊分组为L-NEB和L-TB,采用人工定量饲喂对应组别母乳。试验期从母羊产前40 d至产后42 d,预试期10 d。当羔羊达到42日龄时,分别从每组随机挑选5只屠宰,采集瘤胃内容物,测量其瘤胃发酵指标,再采用高通量测序技术对其瘤胃微生物进行分析。[结果]围产期湖羊添加三丁酸甘油酯后,L-TB组羔羊的瘤胃内容物乙酸含量显著升高(P<0.05),丙酸含量呈上升趋势;瘤胃微生物多样性显著降低(P<0.05);厚壁菌门丰度显著提高(P<0.05),蓝藻菌门丰度显著下降(P<0.05);属水平上,厚壁菌门中Succiniclasticum和Ruminococcaceae UCG014丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。[结论]在围产期湖羊日粮中添加三丁酸甘油酯可以改善羔羊的营养状态,为羔羊瘤胃有益菌的定殖创造有利条件,对羔羊的生长发育产生积极影响。[Objectives]Perinatal ewes are often in a state of negative balance of multiple nutrients,especially energy negative balance,which has also attracted attention.The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of adding tributyrin to the perinatal Hu sheep diet with negative energy balance on rumen fermentation indexes and microbial diversity of lambs.[Methods]Twenty 50 days antepartum Hu sheeps with similar body condition and(45±5)kg body weight were randomly divided into control group(NEB,negative energy balance)and experimental group(TB,adding tributyrin 40 days before delivery to 42 days postpartum).After delivery,5 lambs were randomly selected from each group,and the corresponding groups were L-NEB group and L-TB group.When the lambs reached 42 days old,they were slaughtered.The rumen contents were collected,the rumen fermentation indexes were measured,and the rumen microorganisms were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technique.[Results]After adding tributyrin in perinatal Hu sheep,the content of acetic acid in the rumen contents of lambs in L-TB group significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of propionic acid had an upward trend;the diversity of rumen microbial significantly decreased(P<0.05);the proportion of Firmicutes increased significantly(P<0.05),and the proportion of Cyanobacteria decreased significantly(P<0.05);at the genus level,the abundances of Succiniclasticum and Ruminococcaceae UCG014 in Firmicutes were significant improved(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Adding tributyrin to the diet of Hu sheep in perinatal period can improve the nutritional status of newborn lambs,create favorable conditions for the colonization of beneficial bacteria in rumen of lambs,and have a positive impact on the growth and development of lambs.
