摘  要:汽车前地板制件拉伸结构较深,早期多采用双动拉伸模进行生产。随着汽车行业的发展,冲压设备的性能以及冲压制件的工艺设计水平大幅提高,适应智能制造及数字化工厂要求,冲压线自动化生产方式,双动拉伸模必须改成单动拉伸来适应连线生产。但前地板单动拉伸生产更容易产生拉毛、开裂等缺陷,为解决单动拉伸时前地板制件的拉毛、开裂等问题提供了工艺性及模具结构优化方面的解决方案。The drawing structure of automotive front floor parts is relatively deep,and in the early stages,double action drawing die were often used for production.With the development of the automotive industry,the performance of stamping equipment and the level of process design for stamping products have significantly improved,adapting to the requirements of intelligent manufacturing and digital chemical factories.The automatic production method of stamping lines requires the double action drawing die to be changed to single action drawing to adapt to connected production.However,single action drawing production of the front floor is more prone to defects such as burrs and cracks.This article provides a solution in terms of processability and die structure optimization to solve the problems of burrs and cracks in the front floor parts during single action drawing.
