摘　　要：用粉末钢ASP2060制造的模具出现崩角现象,体式显微镜分析显示断裂源位于磨削表面,金相分析表明模具材料组织正常,冲击韧性结果显示材料韧性合格;对该模具的断裂韧性进行了讨论。Die made by powder metal tool steel ASP2060 happened the chipping failure,which crack origin was investigated by the stereo microscope and the results shows it is located at the grinding surface.With the metallographic microscope it revealed the microstructure was in accordance to the quality specification,and the impact toughness showed its value was qualified;the fracture toughness was discussed in this paper.
