摘　　要：M618手摇磨削技术在连接器模具制造加工中对镶件、插件、窄槽是一种无可取代的传统加工方法。对于台阶、直槽的加工需要操作者有着较高的技能水平和工艺制定能力,在实际生产加工中能选择合理的方法完成零件的台阶、直槽加工,降低废品率,从而提高零件的精度与生产效率,对指导企业生产有实际意义。M618 hand grinding technology is an irreplaceable traditional machining method for inserts,inserts,and narrow grooves in connector mold manufacturing.For the processing of steps and straight grooves,operators need to have a high level of skill and process planning ability.In actual production and processing,they can choose reasonable methods to complete the step and straight groove processing of parts,reduce scrap rates,and improve the accuracy and production efficiency of parts.This has practical significance for guiding enterprise production.
