摘　　要：基于《中国城市科技创新发展报告2021》中对吉林省8个主要地级市的综合测算结果,分别从8个城市科技创新发展的现状、问题和全国均值的对比以及在东北三省的位置,分析了吉林省8个城市创新发展过程中存在的问题和特征,提出集聚创新资源、优化创新环境、提高创新服务质量和服务效率等建议,为吉林省建设创新型省份探索更好的创新发展之路。Based on the comprehensive calculation results of 8 major prefecture level cities in Jilin Province in the"China Urban Science and Technology Innovation Development Report 2021",this paper analyzes the problems and characteristics in the innovation development process of 8 cities in Jilin Province from the comparison of the current situation,problems,and national average,as well as their positions in the three northeastern provinces.It proposes suggestions to gather innovation resources,to optimize innovation environment,to improve the quality and efficiency of innovative services,and to explore a better path for innovative development in building Jilin Province into an innovative province.
