天津市蓟州区农家乐(民宿)消防安全现状和防火策略

摘　　要：本文通过对天津市蓟州区农家乐(民宿)发展情况以及消防安全现状进行调研分析,指出存在的隐患问题,并从健全法律法规、强化制度约束;强化用火、用电、用气技防措施;完善消防基础设施建设;加强消防监管;加强消防安全宣传和培训等方面,有针对性地提出防火策略,以期为该区域乡村旅游发展创造良好的消防安全环境。Through conducting research and analysis on the development and fire safety status of homestays(farmhouses)in Jizhou District,Tianjin,this paper points out the existing hidden dangers and propose targeted fire prevention strategiesfrom the aspects of improving laws and regulations,strengthening institutional constraints,strengthening technical prevention measures for fire,electricity,and gas use,improving the construction of firefighting infrastructure,strengthening fire supervision,strengthening fire safety publicity and training,so as to promote the creation of a good fire safety environment for rural tourism in Jizhou District.
