摘  要:基于微波法合成氮硫掺杂碳点(NS/CQDs),再合成氮硫掺杂碳点和氧化石墨烯的复合物(NS/CQDs-GO)。采用高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段表征合成材料的微观形貌和元素组成。用差分脉冲溶出伏安法检测电极表面修饰NS/CQDs-GO后的溶出伏安曲线,实现对重金属的识别和检测。检测发现,NS/CQDs和GO能够通过静电作用很好地结合,修饰到电极表面后,可以成功检测出重金属离子镉和铅,得到Cd^(2+)的线性方程为y=3.10944x+3.65691,Pb^(2+)的线性回归方程为y=3.44259x+3.87429,相关系数分别为0.996和0.993,Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)检出限分别为1.2μg/L和2μg/L,灵敏度高,可用于土壤中重金属离子的检测。In this study,nitrogen and sulfur doped carbon dots(NS/CQDs)were synthesized by microwave method,and then the mixture of nitrogen and sulfur doped carbon dots and GO(NS/CQDS-GO)was synthesized.High resolution trans⁃mission electron microscopy(HRTEM),Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectros⁃copy(XPS)were used to characterize the microstructure and elemental composition of the synthesized materials.Differen⁃tial pulse stripping voltammetry was used to detect the stripping voltammetry curve of NS/CQDS-GO modified electrode sur⁃face to realize the recognition and detection of heavy metals.It was found that NS/CQDs and GO could be well combined through electrostatic action,and cadmium and lead could be successfully detected after being modified to the electrode sur⁃face.The linear equation of Cd^(2+)was y=3.10944x+3.65691,and the linear regression equation of Pb^(2+)was y=3.44259x+3.87429.The correlation coefficients were 0.996 and 0.993,respectively,and the limits of detection for Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)were 1.2μg/L and 2μg/L.The sensitivity was high,which could be used for the detection of heavy metal ions in soil.
