摘　　要：聚丙烯酰胺合成中残余丙烯酰胺的含量对产品品质有重要影响。从链引发、链增长、链终止三个过程介绍了工业生产中聚丙烯酰胺的合成工艺,结合实验室中试实验和实际工业生产经验,探究了引发剂用量、反应起始温度、反应保温温度和保温时间、聚合液的pH值、干燥系统温度对聚丙烯酰胺产品中残余丙烯酰胺含量的影响,确定了实际生产中降低丙烯酰胺残余单体的最佳工艺条件,为高品质聚丙烯酰胺的生产工艺提供参考。The content of residual acrylamide in the synthesis of polyacrylamide has an important influence on the quality of the product.The synthetic process of polyacrylamide in industrial production is introduced from three processes of chain ini⁃tiation,chain growth and chain termination.Combined with laboratory pilot test and practical industrial production experi⁃ence,the effects of initiator dosage,reaction starting temperature,reaction holding temperature and time,and pH value of polymerization solution on the residual acrylamide content in polyacrylamide products are explored.The optimal conditions for reducing residual monomer of acrylamide in actual production were determined,which provided a reference for the pro⁃duction process of high-quality polyacrylamide.
