摘 要:以氨基化碳纳米管为添加剂,采用ODA、PDA、PMDA、BPDA为单体进行四元共聚,研究不同二酐比例、氨基化碳纳米管添加量对PI薄膜力学性能、热膨胀系数(CTE)的影响,并对由该薄膜碳化、石墨化所得石墨膜形貌以及面内、截面导热系数进行表征。结果表明,当PMDA∶BPDA摩尔比为8∶2,氨基化碳纳米管添加量为2wt%时,所制得的PI薄膜拉伸强度为253 MPa,CTE为17.5×10^(-6)/K,其碳化、石墨化烧结后所得石墨膜的面内导热系数为1 245.6 W/(m·k),截面导热系数为28.6 W/(m·k)。In this paper,aminated carbon nanotubes are used as additives,and ODA,PDA,PMDA and BPDA are used as monomers for quaternary copolymerization.The effects of different dianhydride ratios and the addition of aminated car⁃bon nanotubes on the mechanical properties and CTE of PI films were investigated.The morphology and in-plane and crosssectional thermal conductivity of the graphite film obtained by carbonization and graphitization of the film were character⁃ized.The results show that when the molar ratio of PMDA∶BPDA is 8∶2 and the addition amount of aminated carbon nano⁃tubes is 2wt%,the tensile strength of the prepared PI film is 253 MPa,the CTE is 17.5×10^(-6)/K,the in-plane thermal con⁃ductivity of the graphite film obtained after carbonization,graphitization is 1245.6 W/(m·k),and the cross-sectional ther⁃mal conductivity is 28.6 W/(m·k).
