摘  要:将合成氨NHD脱碳高闪气进行回收,对碳酸氢铵装置进行改造,利用三聚氰胺洗塔废液生产碳酸氢铵。既降低了压缩机电耗,提高了合成氨产量,又解决了三聚氰胺污染物不达标排放和碳酸氢铵亏损的问题。改造后经济效益和社会效益都非常可观,具有推广价值。A Company recovers high flash gas from NHD decarbonization of synthetic ammonia and rebuilds the old ammo⁃nia carbonization plant to produce ammonium bicarbonate from waste liquid of melamine washing tower.The electricity con⁃sumption of the compressor was reduced,the output of synthetic ammonia was increased,and the problems of emission and carbonization loss of melamine pollutants were solved.Practice has proved that its economic and social benefits are very con⁃siderable,with the value of promotion and utilization.
