摘  要:冷壁型气化炉的烘炉过程是确保耐火衬里性能的重要因素,是保证炉膛水冷壁实现“以渣抗渣”安全运行的基础。耐火衬里的选用应结合气化技术工艺特点,根据耐火衬里类型、烘炉曲线、敷设施工地点、热源选择、烘炉用燃料种类限制等多重因素统筹考虑烘炉实施方案,从而为气化炉设备的安全运行提供保证。The process of refractory baking for the membrane wall gasifier is an important factor to ensure the performance of the refractory lining,and is the basis to ensure the safety of the operation for the furnace which can form slag layer protec⁃tion.The selection of the refractory lining should be combined with the characteristics of the gasification technology.The re⁃fractory baking implementation should be considered comprehensively according to multiple factors such as the type of re⁃fractory lining,the refractory baking curve,the laying and construction site,the selection of heat source,and the limita⁃tion of the type of fuel used for,thus providing a guarantee for the safe operation of the gasifier.
