摘  要:采用垃圾渗滤液驯化接种污泥,分析UASB反应器处理渗滤液的影响因素。渗滤液的处理效能和UASB反应器内温度、pH值、容积负荷、水力停留时间、进水营养物配比等密切相关。反应器内温度控制在35℃±2℃,COD∶N∶P=(200~300)∶5∶1,容积负荷从低逐步提高到9 kg/(m3·d)时,COD去除率稳定且超过70%,容积负荷超过9 kg/(m3·d)去除率锐减;进水通过碳酸氢钠调节pH值在6.8~7.2时,COD的去除率稳定在70%以上,pH<6.5或>8.2,产甲烷菌受到抑制,COD去除率下降;水力停留时间18 h时,COD去除率好,且出水水质较好。Landfill leachate was used to acclimate and inoculate sludge,and the factors influencing the treatment of leach⁃ate in UASB reactor were investigated.The treatment efficiency of leachate is closely related to the temperature,pH value,volumetric load,hydraulic retention time and influent nutrient ratio in UASB reactor.When the temperature in the reactor is controlled at 35℃±2℃and COD∶N∶P=(200~300)∶5∶1,the COD removal rate is stable and over 70%when the volume load is gradually increased from low to 9 kg/(m^(3)·d),and the removal rate drops sharply when it exceeds 9 kg/(m^(3)·d).When the pH value of inlet water is adjusted between 6.8 and 7.2 by sodium bicarbonate,the COD removal rate is stable above 70%.When the pH value is<6.5 or>8.2,methanogens are inhibited and the COD removal rate decreases.When the hydraulic retention time is 18 h,the COD removal rate is good and the effluent quality is good.
