摘 要:Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)是一种含锂量高的化合物,在锂离子电池、核反应堆用氚增殖材料以及捕集CO_(2)的固体吸附剂等领域应用前景广泛。本文以水合氢氧化锂和水合硝酸氧锆为主要原料,采用高温固相法和静电纺丝法制备了锆酸锂材料。通过热重分析仪(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对样品的合成过程和结构进行了表征和分析,研究了锂锆比、煅烧温度和煅烧时间对产物物相和组织结构的影响。采用高温固相法,在锂锆摩尔比为3:1~6:1,煅烧温度为750℃和850℃,煅烧时间为24 h的条件下均成功制备出了单斜相的Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)陶瓷粉体。采用静电纺丝法,在锂锆比为3:1,煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为1 h的条件下制备出了纤维状Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)和Li_(2)ZrO_(3)两相共存的陶瓷粉体。Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)contains a large amount of Li and has a significant potential in the fields of lithiumion batteries,tritium breeding materials for nuclear reactors,and solid adsorbents for CO_(2)capture.In this paper,LiOH·H_(2)O and ZrO(NO_(3))_(2)·xH_(2)O were used as the main raw materials to prepare lithium zirconate materials by high temperature solid phase method and electrospinning.Characterization and analysis were carried out by means of thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the effects of lithium-zirconium mole ratio,calcination temperature and time on the phase and microstructure of the product were studied.Pure Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)phase was successfully prepared by the high temperature solid phase method at n(Li)∶n(Zr)=3∶1~6∶1 when the samples were sintered at 750 and 850℃respectively for 24 h.Ceramic fibers including both Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)and Li_(2)ZrO_(3) were prepared by electrospinning at n(Li)∶n(Zr)=3∶1,when the sample was sintered at 800℃for 1 h.
