摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA护理模式对新生儿腹泻患儿病情的影响。方法选取新生儿腹泻患儿85例,随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=42)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施PDCA护理模式。比较两组患儿的症状改善时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿症状改善时间和住院时间明显缩短,并发症发生率下降,护理满意度增高(P<0.05)。结论PDCA护理模式有助于新生儿腹泻患儿病情的控制,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA nursing model on neonatal diarrhea.Methods A total of 85 neonates with diarrhea were collected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=42).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with PDCA nursing mode based on the control group.The nursing effect,symptom improvement time,length of hospital stay,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of diarrhea symptom disappearance and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lesser than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion PDCA nursing mode is helpful to control the condition of neonatal diarrhea,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction.
