摘 要:青黛是治疗疱疹、腮腺炎以及银屑病等的主要中药材之一.本文基于网络药理学方法,分析青黛治疗带状疱疹机理和分子靶点.通过多个数据库的数据挖掘筛选青黛主要化合物及其靶点并获得带状疱疹相关交集靶标基因,利用Cytoscape 3.7.2软件构建靶蛋白互作网络图和青黛-带状疱疹-靶点-通路网络图,并对青黛治疗带状疱疹潜在作用靶标进行GO分类和KEGG(Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes)通路富集分析.数据挖掘结果表明:青黛治疗带状疱疹有27个候选活性成分、233个潜在作用靶标及176条通路,为后续研究青黛治疗带状疱疹的作用机制提供了新的研究方法.Indigo naturalis was the main Chinese medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster,mumps and psoriasis,etc.In this study,we analyzed the mechanism and molecular targets of indigo naturalis in the treatment of herpes zoster based on network pharmacology.The main compounds and targets of indigo naturalis were screened through data mining of multiple databases,and the herpes zoster related intersection target genes were obtained.The target protein interaction network diagram and indigo naturalis herpes zoster target pathway network diagram were constructed by using Cytoscape 3.7.2 software.GO classification and KEGG(Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genornes)pathway enrichment were performed on potential targets of indigo naturalis for herpes zoster treatment.As a result,there were 27 candidate active ingredients,233 potential targets and 176 pathways in the treatment of herpes zoster.Mining the therapeutic targets and signal pathways of indigo naturalis in the treatment of herpes zoster based on network pharmacology provides a new research method for studying the mechanism of indigo naturalis in the treatment of herpes zoster.
