摘 要:A油田为海上典型的低渗油田,以潜油电泵为主要人工举升方式开发,近几年油田电泵井结垢严重,泵机组故障率逐年攀升,严重制约了油田的高效开发。实验分析垢样主要成分为FeS垢和CaCO_(3),类比目前国内外常规的阻垢技术,本次研究提出了一种适合该油田的复合阻垢剂阻垢技术。该技术通过地面柱塞泵,连续向电泵吸入口处注入复合阻垢剂,充分与地层液体混合,从而达到缓蚀阻垢的效果。在现场应用中有效延长了电泵机组使用寿命,对油田后期高效开发有一定的借鉴意义。Oilfield A is a typical low permeability offshore reservoir,which is mainly developed by electrical submersible pump(ESP).In recent years,the scale of ESP is serious,and the failure rate of pump unit is increasing year by year,which greatly restricts the efficient development.The scale samples analyzed in laboratory experiments are mainly FeS and CaCO_(3)scales.Compared with the conventional scale inhibition technology at home and abroad,the study proposes a composite scale inhibitor and scale inhibition technology suitable for the oilfield.With the technology,a composite scale inhibitor is continuously injected into the suction port of the ESP through a surface plunger pump,which is fully mixed with the formation fluid to achieve corrosion and scale inhibition.In on-site application,the service life of ESP has been extended,which provides a good guidance for the efficient development in the later period.
