摘  要:通过对50个品系中国沙棘果实的主要营养物质含量进行分析,旨在为其优良品系的筛选提供数据支持。结果表明,不同品系中国沙棘果实的营养物质含量存在明显差异。其中,总糖含量的变化范围为1.55%~25.78%,维生素C含量的变化范围为0.132%~1.052%,可滴定酸含量的变化范围为1.88%~6.74%,水分含量的变化范围为58.9%~80.7%,糖酸比的变化范围为0.30~10.08,总多酚含量的变化范围为3.30%~7.13%,总黄酮含量的变化范围为1.45%~4.35%,总香豆素含量的变化范围为0.139%~0.214%。To provide data support for the screening of their excellent strains,the main nutrient content of 50 strains of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.Sinensis fruits was analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the nutrient content of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.Sinensis fruits among different strains.Among them,the variation range of total sugar content was 1.55%~25.78%,the variation range of VC content was 0.132%~1.052%,the variation range of titratable acid content was 1.88%~6.74%,the variation range of water content was 58.9%~80.7%,the variation range of sugar acid ratio was 0.30~10.08,the variation range of total polyphenol content was 3.30%~7.13%,the variation range of total flavonoid content was 1.45%~4.35%and the variation range of total coumarin content was 0.139%~0.214%.
