摘 要:为了解法国薰衣草的抗旱性,笔者以法国薰衣草种子为材料,以CK处理为对照,采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱,分别研究了5%、10%、20%、30%浓度PEG-6000溶液胁迫下法国薰衣草种子萌发和幼芽生长规律。研究结果表明,随着干旱胁迫的加剧,法国薰衣草种子的发芽率、发芽势呈下降趋势;其幼芽生长情况也逐渐下降,其中,叶面积和茎长逐渐减小,根长逐渐增加。To understand the drought resistance of Lavandula stoechas,polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)was used to simulate drought in this study.The changes in seed germination and sprout growth of Lavandula stoechas under 5%,10%,20%and 30%PEG-6000 solution stress were studied using Lavandula stoechas seeds as materials and CK treatment as a reference.The research results indicated that with the intensification of drought stress,the germination rate and germination potential of Lavandula stoechas seeds showed a downward trend.The sprout growth status also gradually decreases in which the leaf area and stem length gradually decreased,while the root length gradually increased.
