摘 要:针对浙江省山丘区灌区农业用水计量监测与总量统计存在的取水口无法全部计量、农业用水量难以从水源放水量中分离、灌溉回归水重复利用量无法直接计量等问题,基于自然—社会二元水循环理论,提出基于灌区水循环模拟的农业用水计量监测设施布局与农业用水总量计量统计方法。通过赋石水库灌区实例研究可知:布设的30套监测设施可有效掌握灌区农业取供用排水过程;SWAT模型可用于模拟灌区二元水循环过程,并采用水雨情监测和农业用水计量监测数据进行参数率定;统计得到的农业用水总量精度可靠,满足水资源管理需求。In response to the problems of agricultural water measurement monitoring and total quantity statistics in hilly irrigation areas of Zhejiang Province,such as the inability to fully measure and monitor water intakes,the difficulty in separating agricultural water consumption from water source discharge,and the inability to directly measure and monitor the amount of reused irrigation return water,based on the natural social binary water cycle theory,a layout of agricultural water measurement monitoring facilities and a method for measuring total agricultural water consumption statistics based on irrigation area water cycle simulation are proposed.Through the case study of the Fushi Reservoir irrigation area,it can be concluded that the 30 sets of monitoring facilities deployed can effectively grasp the agricultural supply,use,and discharge process in the irrigation area.The SWAT model can be used to simulate the binary water cycle process in irrigation areas,and parameter calibration can be carried out using water and rain monitoring and agricultural water metering monitoring data.The accuracy of the total agricultural water consumption obtained through statistics is reliable,meeting the needs of water resource management.
