摘  要:按照“资源节约型、环境友好型”的社会总体发展要求,国家对水保、环评越来越重视,对土石料资源控制越来越严格,疏浚淤泥陆地堆填、近海抛弃等传统处置方式已逐渐被舍弃,高资源化利用率逐渐被作为强制要求。嘉兴市北部湖荡疏浚淤泥通过化学固化技术,基本满足筑堤材料指标要求,提出淤泥筑堤技术设计方案,填筑湖岸和堤坝,现场检测满足规范和设计要求。In accordance with the overall social development requirements of“resource-saving and environment-friendly”,China attaches more and more importance to water conservation and environmental assessment,and the control of soil and stone resources is becoming more and more stringent.The traditional disposal methods such as dredging silt land filling and offshore abandonment have been gradually abandoned,and the high utilization rate of resources has been gradually taken as a mandatory requirement.This paper makes full use of the dredged sludge from the lake in the north of Jiaxing City,basically meets the requirements of embankment material indicators through chemical solidification technology,puts forward the technical design scheme of silt embankment,fills the lake bank and embankment,and then meets the specifications and design requirements through on-site testing.
