醒脾消食汤治疗小儿厌食症的疗效及对体内微量元素和血清胃泌素、神经肽Y水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察醒脾消食汤治疗小儿厌食症的疗效及对体内微量元素和血清胃泌素(GAS)、神经肽Y(NPY)水平的影响。方法将100例小儿厌食症患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒口服,治疗组50例予醒脾消食汤治疗,2组均2周为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前后微量元素变化;比较2组治疗前后身高、体质量变化;比较2组治疗前后血清GAS、NPY水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率96.00%(48/50),对照组总有效率76.00%(38/50),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后铁、钙、锌含量均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组铁、钙、锌含量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后身高、体质量均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组身高、体质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清GAS、NPY水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组血清GAS、NPY水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脾消食汤治疗小儿厌食症,可改善患儿食欲不振症状,增加体内微量元素,促进生长发育。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xingpi Xiaoshi Decoction on infantile anorexia(IA)and its influence on the levels of trace elementsin vivo,serum gastrin(GAS),neuropeptide Y(NPY).Methods One hundred IA patients were randomly assigned to receive live binary bacillus subtilis(n=50)or Xingpi Xiaoshi Decoction(n=50).The treatment continued for 4 courses(1 course for 2 weeks),the aim was to compare trace elements,stature,weight,GAS,NPY.The curative effect was assessed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(96.00%[48/50]vs 76.00%[38/50],P<0.05).The content of iron,calcium,zinc in the both groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the increase in the treatment group was more pronounced(P<0.05).The stature and weight in groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the increase were more significant in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).GAS and NPY in groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the increase was more common in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For IA patients,Xingpi Xiaoshi Decoction can improve loss of appetite,increase trace elementsinvivo,and promote growth and development.
