摘　　要：计算机与信息技术突飞猛进,档案领域随之迎来信息化战略转型浪潮,表现出档案实体感知、资源互联、工作集成、职能拓宽、服务精准等特征,智能技术在档案管理承担着愈加重要的角色,作用对象不再局限于单一实体档案或电子档案,而是物理与数字双空间的共生资源。以物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能、区块链、VR/AR、数字孪生和知识工程为代表的新一代信息技术作为档案业务建设的核心推力,正在凭借自身优势贯通物理空间和数字空间的业务进程,推动双空间的档案资源、管理工具、成果展示方式有机融合,延展档案应用畛域,提升档案服务的前瞻性、沉浸性和智能性,实现数据、基础设施及保障体系等档案馆业务基座的多元重构,引领档案业务模式智慧化演变。With the rapid progress of computer and information technology,the construction of intelligent society is emerging,and the field of archives is ushering in a wave of strategic transformation of information technology,showing the characteristics of archival entity perception,resource interconnection,work integration,function broadening and service precision.Intelligent technology is assuming an increasingly important role in archives management.The role of technology is no longer limited to a single physical archive or electronic archive,but is a symbiotic resource in both physical and digital spaces.The new generation of information technologies represented by the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain,VR/AR,digital twin and knowledge engineering as the core thrust of archival business construction are penetrating the business process of physical and digital space with their own advantages.These technologies are promoting the organic integration of archival resources,management tools and results display methods in dual spaces,extending the scope of archival applications,and improving archival services forward-looking,immersive and intelligent,realizing the reconstruction of data,infrastructure and security system of archives and leading the evolution of archival business models to smart.
