摘 要:蓝黑墨水字迹形成大量档案,由于字迹的严重酸蚀、纸张酸化,明显影响到档案长期保存。中国的蓝黑墨水与其他国家铁胆油墨字迹都含有铁,但具体成分、配比、工艺等有所不同。针对蓝黑墨水酸蚀的问题,近些年国外先后开展脱酸、加固等研究;国内有关字迹抗氧化加固脱酸研究仍属于空白。为增强蓝黑墨水字迹颜色的稳定性并改善字迹、纸张酸化的情况,设计选取植酸盐溶液作为螯合试剂对蓝黑墨水字迹进行抗氧化加固,再用碱性物质对其进行脱酸处理的方案。通过实验验证,选取书写纸、铜版纸、蓝黑墨水为实验材料,采用多种不同浓度植酸盐溶液配方对比分析加固脱酸处理前后字迹的色差和纸张pH值变化,得出两种实验配方效果较好。一种是以65%叔丁醇-无水乙醇作为溶剂,氢氧化钙溶液清洗——标准浓度植酸镁溶液(pH=5.8)抗氧化——氧化钙溶液脱酸;另一种是以65%叔丁醇-无水乙醇为溶剂,氢氧化钙溶液清洗——半浓度植酸镁溶液(pH=5.8)抗氧化——氧化钙溶液脱酸。进行上述处理后,蓝黑墨水字迹抗氧化能力得到提高并起到加固作用,纸张酸化情况得到明显改善,达到脱酸目的。Massive archives written in iron gall ink present embrittlement or discoloration of both ink and paper support,which is harmful to the long-term preservation of the archives.In order to ensure the stability of handwriting and deacidification of paper,this study designed a scheme of first preventing oxidation with phytate solution to consolidate the iron gall ink handwriting,and then deacidifying it with alkaline substances.Selecting writing paper,printed paper and iron gall ink as experimental materials,with phytate solution used as chelating agent.We used a variety of phytate solution formulations with different concentrations.Comparing and analyzing the color difference and pH value of the iron gall ink handwriting after the test treatment,we got two methods.One is that using 65%tert-butanol-absolute ethanol as solvent,washing with calcium hydroxide solution-standardconcentration magnesium phytate solution(pH=5.8)antioxidant-calcium oxide solution to deacidify.The other is that using 65%tert-butanol-absolute ethanol as solvent,washing with calcium hydroxide solution-halfconcentration magnesium phytate solution(pH=5.8)antioxidant-calcium oxide solution to deacidify.After the above treatment,the iron gall ink writing has been preserved,of which the oxidation resistance has been improved and the color has been more tightly fixed with paper.Meanwhile the acidification of paper has been significantly improved to achieve the purpose of deacidification.
