摘  要:令多个模拟-数字转换器(ADC)通过时间交织的方式进行轮流采样是成倍提升ADC系统采样率的重要途径。然而,多个采样通道间存在的误差和失配将在采样结果中引入杂散。文中针对通道间的时间失配,提出一种适用于射频带通直采的ADC校正算法。该方法利用频域上信号分量和杂散分量间由时间失配量决定的定量关系导出校正参数,进而实现对插零后各通道采样结果的修正。仿真结果表明:文中提出的算法可在准确测量的基础上对大范围内的时间失配实现较为理想的校正,且能够适应包括低通采样、带通采样和偶数、奇数通道数等在内的多种场景。One of the most significant methods in increasing the sampling rate of an analog-to-digital converter(ADC)system is to time-interleave multiple ADCs for alternate sampling.However,inevitable mismatch errors between different sampling channels could induce spurs in sampling results.In this paper,a correction algorithm for time errors between channels is proposed,which is compatible with ADCs working in the band-pass sampling mode for direct radio frequency sampling.The quantitative relationship between signal components and spur components in the frequency domain,which is determined by the time errors,is resorted in the proposed algorithm to calculate the parameters for error correction.Thus,it is possible to fix the zero-added sampling results from each channel.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could achieve favorable compensation for precisely-measured time errors even with large values.In addition,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is also verified in different scenarios including time-interleaved ADCs for base-band or band-pass sampling and with even or odd number channel counts.
