摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,固态收发组件性能的优劣直接影响后续信号处理和终端显示效果。经过固态收发组件下变频,模拟中频信号变为多路数字差分信号,随后导入仿真软件处理,下变频为基带信号,这样就在不提供雷达信号处理系统的条件下,对固态收发组件性能进行预处理,并为雷达信号处理系统的性能优化提供了充足的时间。文中通过采集雷达真实中频回波信号,分别对模拟算法处理结果和不同收发组件的处理结果进行对比分析,得到脉压处理仿真图,验证了该方法的可行性。试验表明:该方法对固态收发组件的性能具有一定的检测作用。可为后续的工作提供一种新的方法。With the rapid development of information technology,the performance of solid-state transceiver components directly affects signal processing and terminal display effects.The analog intermediate frequency signal that has been down-converted by the solid-state transceiver component becomes a multi-channel digital differential signal.The signal is imported into MATLAB simulation processing and converted into a baseband signal,so that the performance of the solid-state transceiver component can be preprocessed without providing a radar signal processing system.It can provide sufficient time for the performance optimization of radar signal processing system.By collecting the real intermediate frequency echo signal of radar,the processing results of analog algorithm and different transceiver components are compared and analyzed,the simulation diagram of pulse pressure processing is obtained,the feasibility of this method is verified.The experiment shows that the method has a certain effect on the performance of the solid-state transceiver component.It also provides a new method for the follow-up work.
