习近平在福州实施“科教兴市”战略的创新实践及启示

摘　　要：习近平总书记长期以来高度重视科技教育事业。1990年至1996年他在福州工作期间,在福州市委、市政府长期实施“科技兴市”战略的基础上,在全国率先实施“科教兴市”战略。在习近平的大力推动下,福州市委、市政府建立实施“科教兴市”战略的工作网络和领导决策机制,把加快人才培养摆在实施“科教兴市”战略的突出位置,通过深化科技教育体制改革不断激发实施“科教兴市”战略的动力。“科教兴市”战略不仅为福州跨世纪发展打下坚实基础,而且对于深入学习贯彻党的二十大作出实施科教兴国战略、强化现代化建设人才支撑的决策部署,具有重要的启发价值。General Secretary Xi Jinping has long attached great importance to science and technology education.From 1990 to 1996,during his work in Fuzhou,he took the lead in implementing the strategy of“Prospering the City through Science and Education”nationwide on the basis of the long-term implementation of the strategy by the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.Under the vigorous promotion of Xi Jinping,the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have established a working network and a leadership decision-making mechanism to implement the strategy,putting the acceleration of talent training at the forefront and continuously stimulating the impetus to implement the strategy.The strategy not only lays a solid foundation for Fuzhou’s crosscentury development,but also has important inspirational value for us to study and implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the support of talents for modernization by 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
