摘 要:从污泥固体氧化程度(可挥发性悬浮固体VSS、污泥沉降比SV、污泥体积指数SVI、中值粒径)、污泥脱水性能(污泥比阻)和破解后液相中各类物质的浓度水平(TOC、溶解性有机物SCOD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN、PO_(4)^(3-)-P、TP、多糖、蛋白质)方面,考察了高铁酸钾投加量对剩余污泥固体的氧化性能和氧化后破解液的水质特性。结果表明,随着高铁酸钾投加量的增加,污泥VSS逐渐下降,中值粒径先略微下降后上升,污泥比阻急剧上升后下降,沉降性能变化不显著。TOC、SCOD、TN、PO_(4)^(3-)-P、TP、多糖和蛋白质浓度均呈现先快速后缓慢的上升趋势,当投加量为30 mg/gSS(以Fe计)时,上述指标氧化破解后的浓度分别为838、2153、134、22、29、156和514 mg/L,污泥破解度(DDCOD)为16%,溶胞比(ξ)为0.16,在该投加量下,可以较为经济地氧化破解剩余污泥。This paper investigated the effect of potassium ferrate dosage on the oxidation performance of excess sludge solids and the water quality characteristics of the cracked solution after oxidation from the aspects of sludge solid oxidation degree(VSS,SV,SVI and median particle size),sludge dewatering performance(sludge specific resistance)and concentration of various substances in the liquid phase after cracking(TOC,SCOD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,PO_(4)^(3-)-P,TP,polysaccharide and protein).With the increase of potassium ferrate dosage,the volatile suspended solids decreased gradually,the median particle size decreased slightly at first and then increased,the specific resistance of sludge increased sharply and then decreased,and the settling velocity of sludge did not change significantly.The TOC,SCOD,TN,PO_(4)^(3-)-P,TP and concentrations of polysaccharide and protein all showed a trend of rapid rise followed by slow rise.When the dosage was 30 mg/gSS(calculated as Fe),the concentrations of the above indexes after oxidation were 838 mg/L,2153 mg/L,134 mg/L,22 mg/L,29 mg/L,156 mg/L and 514 mg/L,respectively,the degree of sludge disintegration was 16%,and the cell lysis ratio was 0.16.At this dosage,the excess sludge could be oxidized and cracked more economically.
