摘　　要：提高农民工收入是“提低、扩中”和拓展消费的重要力量。近年来,我国出台实施了多项提高农民工收入的政策措施,对防疫和经济恢复中稳定农民工收入增长,促进贫困地区巩固脱贫成果与乡村振兴有效衔接,激发蛰伏的市场潜力发挥关键作用。文章通过宏观数据、问卷调查和调研访谈对农民工收入现状进行研究,从收入水平、收入差异、收入结构和稳定增长等方面,分析总结农民工收入的特点与面临的挑战,并从提升技能水平、促进收入增长、加强就业创业等方面提出促进农民工稳定增收的具体政策建议。Increasing migrant workers'income is an important force of improving the income of low-income group,expanding the size of middle-income group and expanding consumption.In recent years,China has introduced and implemented multiple policy measures to increase the income of migrant workers,which play a key role in stabilizing the income growth of migrant workers during pandemic control and economic recovery,in promoting the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements in poverty-stricken areas,in effectively connecting with rural revitalization,and in stimulating dormant market potential.This article conducts a survey study on the current income situation of migrant workers by combining macro-level data,survey data,and case interviews,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and challenges of migrant workers'income from such aspects as income level,income gap,income structure,and stable growth.Specific policy recommendations are proposed to promote stable income growth of migrant workers in terms of improving skill levels,promoting income growth,and strengthening employment and entrepreneurship.
