体外膜肺氧合护理质量敏感指标体系的构建研究

摘　　要：为构建与体外膜肺氧合相对应的护理质量敏感指标体系,保障护理质量,选取2020年10月—2022年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受体外膜肺氧合诊治的66例心源性休克患者作为研究对象,综合记录患者基本资料信息,按照循证方法归纳证据,创设护理质量敏感指标,完善敏感指标体系,持续性改进和完善体外膜肺氧合的护理质量。结果显示,在尚未构建指标体系之前,66例患者中有43例表示对护理工作满意,23例表示对护理工作不满意,满意率为65.15%。在构建指标体系之后,59例患者表示对护理工作满意,满意率为89.4%(P<0.05)。研究发现,构建与体外膜肺氧合相对应的护理质量敏感指标体系存在科学性与实用性,能够更好地提高体外膜肺氧合技术应用质量,值得临床宣传和推广。The analysis and construction of nursing quality sensitive index system corresponding to extracorporeal membrane oxygenation laid the foundation for ensuring nursing quality and brought reliability basis.From October 2020 to September 2022,66 patients with cardiogenic shock who received extracorporeal membrane oxygenation diagnosis and treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as research objects,and the basic data information of patients was comprehensively recorded,evidence was summarized according to evidence-based methods,sensitive indicators of nursing quality were created,sensitive index systems were improved,and the nursing quality of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation was continuously improved and improved.The results showed that before the index system was constructed,43 of the 66 patients expressed sat-isfaction with the nursing work,and 23 expressed dissatisfaction with the nursing work,with a satisfaction rate of 65.15%.After constructing the index system,59 patients expressed satisfaction with nursing work,and the satisfaction rate was 89.4%(P<0.05).It is found that the construction of a sensitive index system for nursing quality corresponding to extracorporeal membrane oxygenation is scientifi c and usable,which can better improve the application quality of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation technolo-gy,which is worthy of clinical publicity and promotion.
