不同检验方法在妇女阴道分泌物细菌检测中的特征与效果分析

摘　　要：探讨检测妇女阴道分泌物细菌时,不同检验方法所表现出的临床特征及其效果差异性。选取2022年1月—2022年12月在独山县妇幼保健院进行阴道分泌物细菌检测的90例妇科阴道炎患者作为研究对象,所有样本对象均需应用革兰染色法与白带检测法两种方法进行临床检测,将白带检测法的检测结果列为观察组,将革兰染色法的检测结果列为对照组,对比两组检验结果的特征和白带清洁度情况。结果显示,妇科阴道炎患者应用白带检测法时检验效果相对优良(P<0.05);两种检测方法在白带清洁度检出率方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,在阴道分泌物细菌检测中,应用白带检测法可以提高准确性和敏感性,有助于更准确地判断阴道炎患者的细菌感染情况。因此,在临床实践中应重视白带检测法的应用,以提高妇科阴道炎的诊断水平和治疗效果。To explore the clinical features and effects of different tests for the detection of vaginal discharge bacteria in women.From January 2022 to December 2022,90 patients with gynecological vaginitis who underwent vaginal discharge bacterial testing in Dushan County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as research subjects,and all sample subjects needed to be clinically tested by Gram stain and leucorrhoea detection,and the test results of leucorrhoea test were listed as the observation group,and the test results of Gram stain were listed as a control group,and the characteristics of the test results and the cleanliness of vaginal discharge were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the test effect of leucorrhoea detection was relatively good in patients with gynecologic vaginitis(P<0.05),and there was no signifi cant diff erence between the two detection methods in the detection rate of leucorrhoea cleanliness(P>0.05).Studies have found that in the bacterial detection of vaginal discharge,the use of leucorrhoea detection can improve accuracy and sensitivity,and help to more accurately determine the bacterial infection status of patients with vaginitis.Therefore,the application of leucorrhoea detection should be paid attention to in clinical practice to improve the diagnostic level and treatment effect of gynecological vaginitis.
