椎体成型单侧、双侧经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的价值分析

摘　　要：分析椎体成型单侧与双侧经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)应用在骨质疏松压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者临床治疗中的实际效果与价值。选择2022年4月—2023年4月河北省廊坊市文安县医院骨科收治的60例OVCF患者作为研究对象,根据双盲法,将其平均分为分析组与对比组。分析组实施单侧PKP治疗,对比组实施双侧PKP治疗,比较两组患者的生活质量、手术指标、不良反应发生情况及恢复状况。结果显示,分析组患者的生活质量显著高于对比组,手术指标优于对比组,不良反应发生率显著低于对比组(P<0.05);两组患者的恢复状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,单侧与双侧PKP均可有效治疗OVCF,但前者的整体效果更优,可有效缩短手术时间,提高患者生活质量,值得临床进一步推广。Analyze the practical effects and value of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)for unilateral and bilateral vertebral body shaping in the clinical treatment of patients with osteoporotic compression fractures(OVCF).Sixty OVCF patients admitted to the Orthopedics Department of Wen’an County Hospital in Langfang City,Hebei Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the double blind method,they were evenly divided into an analysis group and a control group.The analysis group received unilateral PKP treatment,while the control group received bilateral PKP treatment.The quality of life,surgical indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and recovery status of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the quality of life of patients in the analysis group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with better surgical indicators and significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the recovery status between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that both unilateral and bilateral PKP can effectively treat OVCF,but the former has a better overall effect,can effectively shorten surgical time,improve patient quality of life,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
