血清NSE与手足口病重症病例的相关性分析

摘　　要：通过动态检测血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平和手足口病临床分期的关系,探讨血清NSE对手足口病重症病例的早期诊断意义。选取2016年4月—2017年4月天津市第二人民医院收治的222例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,分为普通组和重症组,将普通组患儿住院期是否发展为重症分为疾病进展组和疾病未进展组进行动态检测,比较各组间患儿血清NSE水平差异情况。结果显示,重症组血清NSE水平明显高于普通组,疾病进展组入院时血清NSE水平较疾病未进展组高,差异有显著统计学意义(t=38.666,P=0.000;t=2.885,P=0.004),而疾病进展组与重症组血清NSE水平比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.076,P=0.291)。研究发现,血清NSE的水平与手足口病的严重程度相关,及时动态监测血清中NSE水平对手足口病治疗及预后具有重要参考价值。The significance of serum NSE in the early diagnosis of severe cases of hand,foot and mouth disease was explored by dynamically detecting the relationship between serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)level and clinical stage of hand,foot and mouth disease.From April 2016 to April 2017,222 children with HFMD admitted to Tianjin Second People's Hospital were selected as research objects,divided into ordinary group and severe group,and whether the children in the ordinary group developed severe disease during hospitalization were divided into disease progression group and disease non-progression group for dynamic detection,and the differences in serum NSE levels between the children were compared.The results showed that the serum NSE level in the severe group was significantly higher than that in the ordinary group,and the serum NSE level in the disease progression group was higher than that in the disease progression group when admission,and the difference was statistically significant(t=38.666,P=0.000;t=2.885,P=0.004),and there was no significant difference in serum NSE levels between the disease progression group and the severe disease group(t=1.076,P=0.291).The study found that the level of serum NSE correlated with the severity of HFMD,and timely dynamic monitoring of serum NSE level has important reference value for the treatment and prognosis of HFMD.
