摘　　要：探讨护理干预对全肠外静脉营养治疗外科腹部手术患者的效果。选取2020年1月—2021年12月贵州省贵定县人民医院收治的84例全肠外静脉营养治疗外科腹部手术患者为本次研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理。比较两组患者舒适度评分、生活质量评分、并发症、情绪状态评分。研究发现,综合护理可提高全肠外静脉营养治疗外科腹部手术患者的舒适度,值得推广应用。To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of surgical abdominal surgery patients with total parenteral nutrition.84 patients undergoing total parenteral nutrition therapy for abdominal surgery admitted to the People’s Hospital of Guiding County,Guizhou Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care on the basis of the control group.Compare the comfort scores,quality of life scores,complications,and emotional state scores between the two groups of patients.Research has found that comprehensive nursing can improve the comfort of patients undergoing surgical abdominal surgery with total parenteral nutrition,and is worthy of promotion and application.
