早期康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫失语患者的康复效果分析

摘　　要：研究早期康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫失语患者的康复效果。选取贵州省赤水市人民医院2021年10月—2022年10月收治的60例脑梗死偏瘫失语患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施早期康复护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,经过3周与6周的护理之后,两组患者的语言恢复状况优于护理后1周(P<0.05),同时,观察组患者语言恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者脑梗死恢复评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对于脑梗死偏瘫失语患者来说,运用早期康复护理干预,能显著提升临床治疗效果,有效改善语言功能与运动功能,不断提高生活质量。To study the rehabilitation effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral infarction,hemiplegia and aphasia.A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia admitted to Chishui People’s Hospital of Guizhou Prov-ince from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group,with 30 cases in each group,the control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented early rehabilitation nursing intervention,and compared the nursing effect of the two groups.The results showed that after 3 weeks and 6 weeks of nursing,the language recovery of the two groups was better than that of the 1 week after nursing(P<0.05),and the language recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The daily living ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery score of cerebral infarction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and aphasia,the use of early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,effectively improve language function and motor function,and continuously improve the quality of life.
