不良事件上报管理对微生物检验标本质量的影响研究

摘　　要：比较扬州市江都人民医院不良事件上报管理前、后微生物检验标本质量,评价不良事件上报管理对检验标本质量的影响,根据分析结果改进质量控制措施。结果显示,不良事件上报管理前,2021年1—10月微生物标本共20397份,不合格标本308份,占比为1.51%;不良事件上报管理后,2022年1—10月微生物标本共21671份,不合格标本196份,占比下降为0.90%。研究发现,导致微生物检验标本不合格的原因较多,针对性培训、宣教后,改进效果不明显,实施不良事件上报管理后,微生物送检标本的合格率明显提升,微生物检验质量得到了一定保证。Compare the quality of microbial test specimens before and after the management of adverse event reporting at Jiangdu People’s Hospital of Yangzhou,evaluate the impact of adverse event reporting management on the quality of test specimens,and improve quality control measures based on the analysis results.The results showed that before the management of adverse events,there were a total of 20397 microbial samples from January to October 2021,and 308 unqualifi ed samples,accounting for 1.51%;After the management of adverse events was reported,from January to October 2022,there were a total of 21671 microbial specimens and 196 unqualifi ed specimens,a decrease of 0.90%.Research has found that there are many reasons that lead to unqualifi ed microbial test specimens.After targeted training and education,the improvement effect is not signifi cant.After implementing adverse event reporting management,the qualifi cation rate of microbial test specimens is signifi cantly improved,and the quality of microbial testing is guaranteed to a certain extent.
