血清同型半胱氨酸、尿素、肌酐和尿酸联合检测在诊断糖尿病方面的应用价值分析

摘　　要：分析糖尿病诊断中应用血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)联合检测的价值。选取2022年5月—2023年4月到赫章县人民医院接受检查的50例糖尿病无肾损伤患者、50例糖尿病肾损伤患者、50例健康体检者作为研究对象,将糖尿病无肾损伤患者设为A1组,糖尿病肾损伤患者设为A2组,健康体检者设为B组。3组全部实施Hcy、Urea、Cr、UA检测,比较各组血清指标、肾功能指标。研究发现,Hcy、Urea、Cr、UA等血清指标升高,可作为糖尿病诊断方法。同时,随着糖尿病病程延长,患者肾功能指标BUN、UAER、UA逐渐激活,肾损伤加重。To analyze the value of combined detection of serum homocysteine(Hcy),urea,creatinine(Cr)and uric acid(UA)in the diagnosis of diabetes.50 patients with diabetes without renal injury,50 patients with diabetes without renal injury,and 50 health examinees who went to Hezhang Country People’s Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.diabetes without renal injury was set as group A1,diabetes with renal injury as group A2,and health examinees as group B.All three groups were tested for Hcy,Urea,Cr,and UA,and their serum and renal function indicators were compared.The study found that Hcy,Urea,Cr,UA and other serum indicators increased,which can be used as a diagnostic method for diabetes.At the same time,with the prolongation of the course of diabetes,the patient’s renal function indicators BUN,UAER,UA gradually activated,and the renal injury aggravated.
