老年糖尿病患者认知衰弱现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：探究住院老年糖尿病患者认知衰弱现状及影响因素,以期为住院老年糖尿病患者认知衰弱的预防提供参考。选取2022年7月—2023年3月滨州医学院附属医院收治的110例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、衰弱表型(FP)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)进行调查。结果显示,本次共发放110份调查问卷,回收110份,问卷回收率为100%。研究对象中共16例(占比为14.55%)患者出现认知衰弱,经多因素Logistic回归分析得出,高龄、抑郁是导致住院老年糖尿病患者出现认知衰弱的危险因素,坚持运动、个人每月收入较高是认知衰弱的保护因素(P<0.05)。研究发现,住院老年糖尿病患者认知衰弱发生率较高,医护人员需重视对老年糖尿病患者认知衰弱的筛查及预防,尊重患者个体差异,及时采取干预措施,降低老年糖尿病患者认知衰弱发生风险。To explore the status quo and influencing factors of cognitive decline in hospitalized elderly patients with diabetes,so as to provide reference for the prevention of cognitive decline in hospitalized elderly patients with diabetes.110 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects of the study,and the general information questionnaire,frail phenotype(FP),Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),and simple mental state examination scale(MMSE)were used for the investigation.The results showed that a total of 110 survey questionnaires were distributed and collected,with a questionnaire recovery rate of 100%.A total of 16 patients(14.55%)of the study subjects suffered from cognitive weakness.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that old age and depression were risk factors for cognitive weakness in hospitalized elderly diabetes patients,and adherence to exercise and high personal monthly income were protective factors for cognitive weakness(P<0.05).The study found that the incidence of cognitive decline in hospitalized elderly diabetes patients was high.Medical staff should pay attention to the screening and prevention of cognitive decline in elderly diabetes patients,respect the individual differences of patients,and take timely intervention measures to reduce the risk of cognitive decline in elderly diabetes patients.
