65岁以上社区老年人查体血糖血脂分析

摘　　要：老年人基础病给患者的正常生活带来极大影响,严重时会危及患者的生命安全。在长期疾病折磨下,老年人的脏器功能逐渐衰退,肠胃负担日益加重,疾病发展到一定阶段随时可能死亡。社区健康查体异常生化指标是既往诊断老年人基础病的常用手段。为了给老年人基础病诊断提供依据,选取2023年2月—2023年6月在烟台市芝罘区奇山街道社区卫生服务中心体检的1726名65周岁以上的老年人作为研究对象,汇总和分析其体检数据,建立居民健康档案。居民社区查体主要检测项目为肝功能、肾功能、血糖、血脂。研究发现,分析老年人机体内血糖、血脂等指标,临床价值显著,能为老年人后续基础病诊断提供指导。The basic diseases of the elderly have a great impact on the normal life of patients,and in severe cases,they can endanger their safety.Under the long-term torment of diseases,the organ function of elderly people gradually declines,and the burden on the intestines and stomach becomes increasingly severe.When the disease develops to a certain stage,it may lead to death at any time.Abnormal biochemical indicators in community health checkups have been a commonly used method for diagnosing basic diseases in the elderly in the past.In order to provide a basis for the diagnosis of basic diseases in the elderly,1726 elderly people aged 65 and above who underwent physical examinations at the Qishan Street Community Health Service Center in Zhifu District,Yantai City from February 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and their physical examination data were collected and analyzed to establish a resident health record.The main testing items for community physical examination include liver function,kidney function,blood sugar,and blood lipids.Research has found that analyzing indicators such as blood sugar and blood lipids in the elderly body has signifi cant clinical value and can provide guidance for the subsequent diagnosis of basic diseases in the elderly.
