摘　　要：1907年5月,旧金山突然暴发鼠疫,给城市生活带来了巨大的危害。旧金山政府进行了史无前例的大规模动员,不仅鼓励民众踊跃参与灭鼠,而且还进行了城市改造和城市清洁卫生行动,最终很快控制了鼠疫,维护了民众的生命健康,同时也使城市面貌焕然一新。旧金山政府积极建立专业组织机构、重视城市卫生环境的整治、积极进行现代城市改造等应对突发公共卫生事件的经验,很有借鉴意义。In May 1907,the plague broke out suddenly in San Francisco,which brought great harm to the city life.The San Francisco government carried out an unprecedented large-scale mobilization,not only encouraged the public to actively participate in rodent control,but also started urban renovation and urban sanitation actions.In the end,the plague was quickly controlled,which protected the lives and health of the people,and at the same time brought a new look to the city.San Francisco's experience in dealing with public health emergencies by actively establishing professional organizations,improving urban sanitary environment,and actively carrying out modern urban transformation was worthy of reference.
