基于有限元的LCD面板撕膜力学特性分析

摘  要:撕除液晶面板保护膜是液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)装配过程中的重要环节。为了管控液晶面板在撕膜过程中的变形,防止面板碎裂,提高撕膜质量和效率,文中基于有限元参数化对撕膜过程提出一种模拟方法,且在不同工况下对液晶面板的受力和变形进行模拟分析,绘出液晶面板在不同撕膜方法和不同撕膜角度下的应力云图、挠度云图和角度-变形曲线。对比分析结果得到:在撕膜速度和角度不变的情况下,随着撕膜过程的进行,对角撕膜方式下的面板挠度先增大后减小,而对边撕膜方式下的面板挠度则一直减小,2种撕膜方式的面板最大应力均在约束边界产生,且对角撕膜方式应力逐渐增大,增幅明显,对边撕膜方式下应力先减小后增大,但增减幅度较小;当撕膜角度变化时,2种撕膜方式的挠度和应力都随之改变,撕膜角度增大,2种撕膜方式的挠度和应力都增大,对边撕膜较对角撕膜增幅更大,2种撕膜方式撕膜角度越小,撕膜效果越佳;对角撕膜的初始剥离力、应变和应力都较对边撕膜的小很多,因此对角撕膜更易撕起保护膜,效率更高。该研究为解决撕膜工艺中面板破碎严重、效率低等问题提供了重要依据,为自动撕膜设备的研发及撕膜过程的分析提供了参考,具有工程应用意义。Removing the LCD panel’s protective film is an important step in the assembly process of liquid crystal display(LCD).In this article,in order to control the deformation of the liquid crystal panel in the tear-film process,prevent the panel from breaking,as well as improve the quality and efficiency in tear film,with the help of finite-element parameterization,the simulation method which can be applied in the tear-film process is proposed;efforts are made to explore the liquid crystal panel’s stress and the deformation under different working conditions;the stress cloud chart,the deflection cloud chart and the angle-deformation curve are drawn when different tear-film modes and angles are employed.The comparative analysis shows that with the constant tear-film speed and angle,the panel deflection increases first and then decreases when the diagonal tear-film mode is applied,but it decreases all the time when the opposite tear-film mode is applied.The maximum stress of the two tear-film modes appears on the constraint boundary;the stress increases gradually when the diagonal tear-film mode is applied;it decreases first and then increases when the opposite tear-film mode is applied.When the tear-film angle changes,both the deflection and the stress of the two tear-film modes change;when the tear-film angle increases,both the deflection and the stress of the two tear-film modes increase;the increase of the opposite tear-film mode is larger than that of the diagonal tear-film mode;the smaller the tearfilm angle is,the better the tear-film effect will be.The initial peel force,strain and stress of the diagonal tear-film mode are much smaller than those of the opposite tear-film mode,so the diagonal tear-film mode is easier to tear up the protective film with higher efficiency.This study provides important basis for solving serious panel breakage and low efficiency in the tear-film process;it also renders reference for the research and development of automatic tear-film equipment as well as the analysis on the tear-
