摘  要:为解决自启动式高速永磁磁滞电机转子因磁滞力矩不足出现的转子打滑问题,提出两种新的“磁滞柱+永磁环”转子结构。为保证两种结构在高速运转的工况下能够安全运行,须对转子进行强度校核。基于厚壁圆筒理论分别对两种新型结构转子推导了各部分的位移场和应力场,采用有限元方法验证了解析计算的准确性,并对两种结构各部分的应力及位移进行对比分析。在额定功率为10 kW、额定转速为120×10^(3)r/min的工况下,两类转子在切向和轴向的应力差值较大,主要发生在磁滞柱材料部分,3层转子受拉,4层转子受压,两类转子各部分的位移变化均在合理范围之内。4层转子结构在启动过程中,敏感配合处应力满足强度使用条件,因此,碳纤维保护套对磁滞柱部分可以起到一定的保护作用,改变了3层结构中原有的磁滞柱与永磁环的应力状态,证明了该结构的可行性及有效性,为自启动转子的设计与优化提供了合理的理论依据。Since the self-starting high-speed permanent-magnet hysteresis motor suffers rotor slip due to the insufficient hysteresis torque,in this article two new rotor structures of“hysteresis column+permanent-magnet ring”are proposed.In order to ensure safe operation of the two new rotors under the high-speed operating conditions,the rotor is subject to strength analysis.Based on the thick-walled cylinder theory,both the displacement and the stress fields of the two new rotors’each part are deduced respectively;the finite-element method is adopted to verify that the analytical results are accurate;efforts are made to compare the stress and displacement of the two new rotors’each part.With the rated power of 10 kW and the rated rotary speed of 120×10^(3)r/min,the large difference in stress between the two rotors in the tangential and axial directions mainly occurs in the material part of the hysteresis column.The three-layer is in tension,while the four-layer is in compression.The displacement changes of the two new rotors’each part are within a reasonable range.During the starting process of the four-layer structure,the stress at the sensitive fit place meets the requirement of strength.Therefore,the carbon-fiber protective sleeve protects the hysteresis column part to certain extent,and changes the stress state of the hysteresis column and the permanent-magnet ring in the original three-layer structure.It is proved that this structure is feasible and effective,and this study provides theoretical basis for design and optimization of self-starting rotors.
