摘 要:为解决鱼类前加工过程中电击麻醉机械化程度低的问题,文中设计了一种自动卸料的鱼类电击麻醉装置,并对其提升机构进行设计优化。采用ADAMS对提升机构进行仿真分析,以气缸驱动力最小为目标进行优化设计,并找出提升机构运动过程的危险工况点;采用ANSYS Workbench平台对提升臂进行结构有限元分析,通过响应面法对提升臂进行轻量化设计。结果表明:通过ADAMS优化各构件尺寸,驱动气缸推力减小26.43%,通过ANSYS优化提升臂尺寸,提升臂的质量减小28.9%,可为我国淡水鱼前处理加工过程中电击麻醉工序的机械化及自动化提供参考。In this article,in order to deal with low mechanization in electric stunning in the fish pre-processing,the equipment for fish electric stunning with automatic unloading is designed,and its lifting mechanism is optimized.ADAMS is used to simulate the lifting mechanism,and optimization design is carried out to minimize the cylinder’s driving force,so as to work out the dangerous conditions when the lifting mechanism is moving.The finite-element analysis is conducted on the lifting arm with the help of ANSYS Workbench,and lightweight design is carried out by means of response surface method.The results show that the cylinder’s driving force reduces by 26.43%after optimizing the size of each component by means of ADAMS,and the weight of the lifting arm reduces by 28.9%after optimizing its dimension by means of ANSYS.This study provides reference for mechanization and automation of electric stunning in the pre-processing of freshwater fish.
