摘 要:概率型自选班次(probabilistic self-rostering,PSR)没有充分考虑员工风险偏好对选择班次行为的影响,增加了排班协调的难度。为了解决此问题,引入了员工风险偏好系数,刻画了员工在选择不同班次时表现出的对风险的喜好程度;构建以最小用工成本为目标的概率型自选班次用工模型,确定了概率型自选班次模型适用的员工风险偏好范围,确立了风险偏好范围不同的员工的选择行为;最后基于在某社区医院的实际应用情况,总结了考虑风险偏好概率型自选班次模型在实施中可能会存在的问题和解决问题的建议。本研究可以为需要轮班且工作内容基本相同的组织提供一种新的柔性用工方式。Probabilistic self-rostering(PSR)does not fully consider the impact of employees'risk preference on shift selection behavior,which increases the difficulty of shift scheduling coordination.In order to solve this problem,the risk preference coefficient of employees was introduced to depict the degree of risk preference shown by employees when choosing different shifts.A probabilistic optional shift employment model was constructed with the target of minimum labor cost,determining the range of employees'risk preference applicable to this model,and establishing employees'selection behavior with different ranges of risk preference.Finally,based on the practical application in a community hospital,the problems and the suggestions to solve these problems in the implementation of the probabilistic voluntary shift model considering risk preference were summarized.The above research can provide a new flexible employment mode for organizations which have shift systems and similar jobs.
