摘 要:研究了允许由实体零售商向制造商在线直销渠道单向转运下双方的订货决策问题。基于非合作静态博弈理论,确定了分散决策下双方的最优订货量,并进一步分析了批发价格、转运价格、转运成本和单位直销成本对均衡的影响。研究表明:考虑单向转运可以提升双方的利润,制造商直销渠道在合作中将减少订货量,实体零售商将增大订货量。存在一个最优的转运价格使得供应链整体利润最大,单纯依赖转运价格无法实现协调,而将转运价格与本文所提出的批发价格折扣相结合可实现供应链协调,制造商向实体零售商收取一定的费用可实现双赢。The ordering decision-making problems of both parties were studied when transshipment was allowed from the offline retailer to the online store of the manufacturer.The optimal ordering quantities under decentralized decision-making for dual channels were determined using non-coopetative static game theory.The effects of wholesale price,transshipment price,transshipment cost,and unit direct selling cost on the equilibrium were investigated further.The results show that unidirectional transshipment is beneficial to both sides.The manufacturer would make fewer orders while the offline retailer would make more when cooperating.There is an optimal transshipment price that maximizes the profit of the supply chain,but relying solely on the transshipment price alone couldn't achieve coordination.Combining the transshipment price with the wholesale price discount proposed in this paper can achieve coordination,and a win-win outcome can be achieved with a certain fee that the manufacturer charges to the retailer.
