间氨基苯酚合成间乙氧基-N,N-二乙基苯胺工艺研究

摘　　要：以间氨基苯酚为原料,硫酸二乙酯为烷基化试剂合成间乙氧基-N,N-二乙基苯胺。考察了反应投料比、反应温度等因素对产物含量的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。间氨基苯酚与硫酸二乙酯、氢氧化钠摩尔比为1.0∶4.0∶3.5时,30~40℃下反应1 h,目标产物纯度≥96%,收率≥85%。相较于使用间羟基-N,N-二乙基苯胺进行O-烷基化的工艺,新方法直接经由间氨基苯酚制备产物,避免了制备过程中氧化导致的产品外观劣化。m-Ethoxy-N,N-diethylaniline was synthesized from 3-aminophenol with diethyl sulfate as alkylating reagent.The process was optimized by investigating the effect of feeding ratio,reaction temperature on product yield.While the molar ratio of 3-aminophenol∶diethyl sulfate∶NaOH was 1.0∶4.0∶3.5 and reacted at 30~40℃for 1 hour,the product purity and yield could reach 96%and 85%,respectively.Compared to the reported process that using m-hydroxyl-N,N-diethylaniline as starting material,new process 3-aminophenol was selected to avoid any colored impurities significantly.
