摘 要:采用传温热法、透射光检测熔点仪法、目视熔点仪法分别对染料中间体标准品以及样品进行了熔点范围的测定,并对方法的等效性和适用性进行了分析。结果表明:目视熔点仪法精密度良好,且准确度高于《GB/T 2384-2015染料中间体熔点范围测定通用方法》中传温热法,在升温速率为0.2℃/min时,测定结果与传温热法具有良好的等效性;透射光熔点仪法准确度较差,不适用于染料中间体熔点范围的检测。The equivalence analysis and applicability test of the melting point range of dye intermediate standards and products were carried out by means of heat transfer method,transmission light detection melting point test method and visual melting point test method.The results showed that:the precision of the visual melting point test method was good,and the accuracy was higher than that of the heat transfer method in GB/T 2384-2015 Dyes intermediates-general method for the determination of melting range.When the heating rate was 0.2℃/min,it was equivalent to the temperature transfer method.The accuracy of transmission light detection melting point instrument method was poor,so it was not suitable for the detection of dye intermediates.
