建筑工程脚手架计价方法研究及经济性分析

摘　　要：针对建筑工程中脚手架计价方法及经济系问题,分析盘扣式及扣件式脚手架的租赁费、人工费及购置方案差异,解决了盘扣式及扣件式脚手架使用方案的选择问题。基于工程脚手架计价方法及经济系分析研究表明,盘扣式脚手架作为行业发展中使用率逐渐增长的脚手架形式,不仅搭设速度快、结构形式简单,而且更加安全高效,综合分析下盘扣式脚手架具有更高的经济性。In view of the pricing method and economic problems of scaffolding in construction engineering,this paper analyzes the differences of rental cost,labor cost and purchase scheme of disc buckle and buckle scaffold,and solves the problem of choosing the use scheme of disc buckle and buckle scaffold.Based on the pricing method of engineering scaffolding and the analysis of the economic department,it is shown that the disc buckle scaffold,as a form of scaffolding with increasing usage rate in the development of the industry,is not only fast to set up,simple structure form,but also more safe and efficient,and a comprehensive analysis of the footer buckle scaffold has higher economy.
