摘　　要：从建筑工程全阶段的质量管理入手,探讨了建筑工程全阶段质量管理的内涵和存在的问题,有针对性地对各个阶段的质量管理要点进行分析。从影响质量管理的人、机械、材料、方法和环境这五大因素入手,提出了全阶段质量管理中应综合各阶段各环节进行整体的质量管理,应用更先进、更合适的质量管理技术,完善质量管理体系,以此提高建筑工程的可靠性、安全性等。Start with at the quality management problems of the whole stage of construction engineering,this paper probes into the connotation and existing problems of quality management in the whole stage of construction engineering,and analyzes the key points of quality management in each stage.Starting from the five factors that affect quality management,such as people,machinery,materials,methods and environment,this paper puts forward that all stages and links should be integrated in the whole quality management,and more advanced and appropriate quality management technologies should be applied to improve the quality management system,so as to improve the reliability and safety of construction projects.
