摘  要:硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)具有凝结硬化快、早期强度高、体积稳定性强、耐久性好等特点,是制备超早强混凝土的理想材料。针对超早强混凝土存在造价高、施工性能不理想、强度发展不稳定等问题,本文研究了外加剂、普通硅酸盐水泥、橡胶颗粒掺量对SAC超早强混凝土早期强度的影响及规律。结果表明:硅酸盐水泥、橡胶颗粒的加入会降低混凝土的早期强度,适量外加剂能够提高SAC混凝土的早期强度。本试验研究制备出了一种发展较稳定,1小时抗压强度可达32.9MPa,28天抗压强度达50MPa的超早强混凝土。Sulphoaluminate cement(SAC) has the characteristics of fast setting and hardening,high early strength,good volume stability and durability,and is an ideal material for preparing ultra-early strength concrete.Aiming at the problems of super early strength concrete,such as high cost,unsatisfactory constructability and strength development;In this paper,the effects of additives,ordinary Portland cement and rubber particles on the early strength of SAC super early strength concrete are studied.The results show that the addition of Portland cement and rubber particles can reduce the early strength of concrete.Appropriate admixture can improve the early strength of SAC concrete.And this study prepared a kind of ultra-early strength concrete with relatively stable development,1-hour compressive strength up to 32.9MPa,28-day compressive strength up to 50MPa.
