摘 要:本文通过琶洲港澳客运口岸项目,分析其在地下结构与地上结构之间设置劲性混凝土转换梁连接部分立柱,用于传递主体结构上部荷载,加强基坑围护结构刚度的要求,结合现场实际情况,提出了超强劲性混凝土结构转换梁施工技术,避免因大跨度、大体积混凝土梁支模施工难度与危险性,有效缩短了转换梁的完成时间,为后续作业提供工作面。结果表明:超强劲性混凝土结构转换梁施工技术既可以在提前施作的转换梁上进行主体结构钢柱施工,又可以节约搭设转换梁钢管脚手架模板支撑,整体节约工期20天,节约施工费1071854.54元。在实际工程应用中,可避免转换梁在常规顺作法中,因下部结构施工周期长,转换梁需提前施工的状况,同时也可以避免因转换梁跨度过大,顺作法混凝土底模板支架施工难度大、存在安全隐患的情况。By analyzing the design unit of Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Port Project,a rigid concrete conversion beam connecting part of the column is set between the underground structure and the aboveground structure,which is used to transmit the upper load of the main structure and strengthen the rigidity of the foundation pit envelope structure,and combined with the actual situation of the site,the construction technology of ultra-strong concrete structure conversion beam is proposed,which avoids the difficulty and danger of large-span and large-volume concrete beam support mold construction,effectively advances the completion time of the conversion beam,and provides a working surface for subsequent operations.The research results show that the ultra-strong concrete structure conversion beam construction technology can not only carry out the main structural steel column construction on the conversion beam applied in advance,but also save the steel pipe scaffolding formwork support of the conversion beam,and save the overall construction period of 20 days.The construction cost saved 1071854.54 yuan,and achieved good results in practical engineering applications,which can be used for the actual situation that the conversion beam needs to be constructed in advance due to the long construction period of the substructure in the conventional smooth method;it is also suitable for the situation that the construction difficulty of the concrete bottom formwork support is increased due to the large span of the conversion beam,and there are potential safety hazards.
